Dr. Noel Dimick Goldthwaite, MD

Everytime I go see this awesome doctor, he always treat me like a "friend". He's very comfortable and easy to talk to and if he has to do surgery on you, before you go under he makes you feel comfortable and at ease before they give you the "sleeping" med. Couldn't ask for a better doctor/surgeon!!

I had a consult, with the Dr. I made the appt. because I was having, horrible problems, with my primary Dr , Dr. peter Stein. Dr Stein, cut me off, most pain medication, leaving me, in severe, constant, pain. I also was severely injured, in a Kaiser, MRI, where a disc, herniated, in the machine. I filed an arbitration claim, against Kaiser, that went before a judge. Kaiser, refused, to settle, with me. Dr. Goldthwaite, was unable, to act as my advocate, while, at the same time, having, to cover up, the mistakes, of his, above listed, colleagues. I left, the consult, feeling like, I didn't receive, medical, care, or a back sx consultation of any kind. If you are injured at Kaiser, you may not be able, to get, medical, care.

he did a complete fusion of C2 to C7 with out complications was know to be the first of this kind on a live patient she to date is doing wonderful limited head motion but no pain

After suffering and searching a I was incredibly fortunate when one kind soul referred me to Dr Goldthwaite and the Spine Center. From the start Dr. Goldthwaite was committed and determined to help me and make the diagnosis I had hopelessly sought after I was injured. With compassion and self-assurance he sought answers. I arrived suffering debilitating pain. Dr Goldthwaite turned all that around. It is so fantastic and fortuitous for all you still seeking help; and even for you poor hopeless souls to learn Dr Goldrhwaite is now the head of the Spine Center and has continued on with his extraordinary care for even the most unrelenting cases.

I've been Dr. Goldthwaite's patient since 1997. He was willing, and able to help me get me my life back when no other surgeon would make the attempt! Consequently, I've had 20+ years of mobility even though I have significant spinal damage. He listens to, and gives honest feedback, which is crucial to a patient having to make hard choices. He keeps current with the latest research in order to deliver the best care possible. Dr. Goldthwaite is kind, a virtue sometimes lacking in some surgeons.

Dr. Goldthwaite is a wonderful doctor. When I first met him I was in so much pain that he immediately took me to get a cortisone injection. When I came back a couple of days later, he asked me if I recognized him, and I told him no. He said that was how much pain I was in. Dr. Goldthwaite has been my back doctor for many years. He did a successful surgery on my back, and has been a wonderful doctor to see, whether it is just talking about my back, or if I am in for a checkup. Highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Goldthwaite is a caring, kind, and compassionate man. There is no better.
