Dr. Noel David Saks, MD

I find Dr. Saks to be a caring doctor. He takes time to explain things to me and answers all of my questions in a straight forward matter without a lot of fluff. I have had no issues with making appointments, talking with staff or being seen relatively close to on time, if not on time. Of the half dozen or so of the doctors I see on a regular basis, he is one of the better ones.

Any dr who makes me wait well over a hour after my apt 3 times is not worth my time.

Poor scheduling by staff. Appointment for surgery had wrong name on appt notice. This hoppened twice with this doctor. I travel three hours to get to his office so the correct time and date of service is important. The wrong name on a surgery appt could result in tradgey

The wait time for every appointment was well over an hours up to two hours. The staff as well as the doctor did not seem phased by this. I understand this occurring occasionally but this was every appointment. This is just poor appointment scheduling and rude.

He was very efficient and provided information at each step and what next options would be.
