Takes time and listens to patient. She is very thorough and caring physician. The staff is very friendly as well.

I read negative reviews about Dr. Bogdanavo’s staff after having come to the same conclusion as that of two other reviewers. The inefficiency of the staff is unconsciousably. And their defensive attitude regarding their own mistakes totally unprofessional. I hope the complaints I have made regarding these matters have resulted in changes in the office staff.

DR BOGDONOVA IS A GOOD DOCTOR TO BAD HER OFICE OR ASSISTANT HAS BEEN GIVEN THE POWER TO OFFEND AND THREATEN AND ANTAGONIZE HER SICK PATIENTS JUST CHECK REVIEWS---RETURN CALLS ARE nONE EXISTANT, APPOITMENTS ARE A NIGHTMARE, CHANGED OFTEN, LOST SCHEDUDLING.

Very nice staff ,clean and cheerful faciilities,and Dr. Bogdanova really listens.

She has a wonderful caring demeanor. However, her staff can be curt & broderline rude,especially when helping elderly patients. She no longer visits patienbts at Riverview Hospital, so this is inconvenient for many. She is great with her patients, ordering many tests to make sure that the diagnosis is correct --the problem there is that the staff doesn`t go out of their way to try & schedule them together --you may have to go 3 times for 3 different tests !

My mom is elderly. She is wheelchair bound. It was freezing outside. We traveled from out of town with no directions from the Doctor's office and because we were 5 minutes late, they refused to see my mom. I don't care if we were 30 minutes late, there are exceptions to every rule. So glad we found out that this doctor has NO compassion. Karma will fix this wrong.

What blessing this doctor has been to me and my loved one!

My 17 year old daughter suffers from migraines. Dr. Bogdanova has been very patient in discovering the root of the problem. She is very knowledgeable. She takes time with each patient and does not rush through the visit. The more information you can give her about how you feel and what is happening with you, the better your treatment plan will be. I will not hesitate to refer her to anyone needing a neurologist.

Has been very helpful in diagnosing my problems.
