Dr. Pejman Aflaki, MD

I paid for tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo360. Following my procedure I kept telling Dr Aflaki there was a knot above my belly button. He kept brushing me off and told me I just needed additional lipo. I had the additional lipo (which I had to pay the anesthesia fee for) and the knot did not go away. I again went back and told Dr Aflaki the knot was still there. He continued to brush it off. I finally asked my PCP to do an ultrasound. The ultrasound revealed a fall muscle repair, but even then he brushed it off and said I’d need a CT scan. The CT scan confirmed the failed MR. He refused to fix it and said I’d have to see a general surgeon. Consultation with 2 general surgeons who basically said they can do mesh but that wouldn’t fix the muscle. I specifically went to Dr Aflaki to have the muscle repaired and he failed to do so. I am now stuck with the failed muscle repair OR I could pay another plastic surgeon to fix what Dr Aflaki failed to do.
