Dr. Rakhi Rohidas Patil, MD

So, I’ve heard Dr Patil’s voice once a year for 10+ years as she reviews the results of that astounding machine that somehow measures everything at the back of my eyes. After which she confirms for herself, eye by eye, with words her colleague captures. Always that soothing tone. But it was when Dr Patil operated to remove my hard-won cataracts, eye by eye, and I was in a medical twilight, pain free and present each time, that I valued her talent and expertise, her teamwork and her humor. Voila, I could immediately finally distinguish which soccer player was my youngest son way across the field! And it’s the memory of Dr Patil’s voice in my twilight state that has me thankful for her years preparing and practicing and perfecting.

At the advice of my physician I have attempted to set up an appointment to see Dr. Patil. I have placed four calls to her practice. Her message says she is anxious to see me and will return my call quickly. I am really not sure if she ever gets the message or if her staff members just don't bother because they are always "busy" I have seen reviews that tell me she is a fine doctor but those same reviews say that her staff is terrible. what can I do.
