The physican assistant Leo is rude and argues with you. You wait in the office for at least 30 min for your appointment. Haven't seen the Dr. in over 3 months.

I had a terrible experience at this office. I was suffering some very painful & scary symptoms that were just brushed aside, had expensive tests that were misinterpreted & basically ignored. Finally went to a specialist & a simple test revealed a life threatening condition. If you suspect something serious is going on with your health then do not trust this office. I never even caught a glimpse of Dr. Gautum either. The office is fancy but devoid of anything close to healthcare. When the building was Palm Cafe it provided much more comfort & care for Barstow citizens & I'm not even joking. A big waste of time, money & caused great stress.

My sister has a heart value issue. Twice now they have canceled her appointment with rescheduling three weeks out each time. A caring staff and doctor would have rescheduled her within a few days from the original appt date. Is it because she is on Medicare????

I’ve been treated by Dr. Gautam every since he began in Barstow. He is an extremely caring and knowledgeable person. I highly recommend his medical services.

Excellent doctor and staff. He listens. He cares. Dr Gautum treats me for wellness, a refreshing and positive experience at any age or condition.

Took over my care after my doctor retired. Young, knowledgeable, and aggressive. Very busy and hope he can hold up under his pace. I like him, his wife, a doctor, and his staff. Only thing I do not like is they will not accept my check and there are too many message signs plastered all over the front office.

go to anyone else but this guy. he was my friend's mom's doctor too and we didn't even talk about him but as it turns out we both fired him he was so lousy. arrogant, insists on you coming in for the slightest issue...normal doctors will call you in a prescription you've been taking for years but this guys wants hi co-pay let me tell you...he will argue with you when you know youre sick, hes the worst doctor ive ever been to..whatever you do, don't get sick in Barstow

He understands the workings of the human body and its progressive breakdown. He does not wait for it to be a serious medical problem before he tests for those issues common to human beings. He has a brilliant mind, is very caring and respectful of his patients.He is an asset to the Barstow Community.
