The best doctor in Key West. Wish we had more like her.

Dr. botched surgery and ended up with massive problems as a result. She kept saying 'It will go away' and now, 3 years later, it never went away. With her, it's all about the sale. Remember if she doesn't cut, she doesn't make any money. Office staff is ok except for the one named Kelly. She is rude, refuses to do her work, makes mistakes and refuses to correct them. AND they insist on follow up appointments, and then never show up. There are 3 doctors in this group and none can show up? We've walked out many times. Why bother? They don't respect my time.

Several of my friends had been to see Dr. Smith for one reason or another; and spoke very highly of her and her entire staff. I was looking for a doctor for a routine Colonoscopy. At the recommendation of several trusted friends; I made the appointment with Dr. Smith.As soon as I walked into the waiting room, I knew it was not going to be your typical trip to the doctor. Dr. Smith ( I call her Rhoda) and her entire staff were exceptional. Very professional, friendly, up beat, even joking at times. As a team, they are magic.Dr. Smith and her staff came highly recommended to me. I was NOT disappointed. You have a great thing going. Keep up the good work. I'll see you again in three years

Dr. Smith did my first colonoscopy as wellas lookied in on me a few times after a surgery her partners performed. She is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. She is much more gentle than her partners, although they are great for other reasons.I would feel confident using Dr. Smith for a surgery. For major surgery, I would look to her partners perhaps with her being there as well.The office staff is ok but not overly helpful with obtaining insurance authorizations.

kelly was rude,inconsiderate, snappy, and arrogant, on every occasion(8-10times). The rest of the staff are quite lovely to deal with.
