He was awesome with me. After 4 trips to the hospital with no real answers, Dr. Gallinaro came into the picture. I thank God for him he wasted no time and got me into surgery. I was back to feeling better than ever with my intestinal issues. I recommend him and trust him completely.

I would highly recommend Dr Gallinaro, took plenty of time answering questions before and after surgery. Office staff is very courteous and efficient.

Went to get a simple laproscopic gallbladder removal and ended up going through a lot of pain and suffering. Told his partner something was wrong 2 days after surgery but I quess he did not really believe me and I saw Dr. Gallinaro 4 days after surgery, feeling awful, and he didn't really think there was a problem until my husband insisted on me going to the hospital to have further testing. He cut my liver during surgery and had to put a drain in to catch the bile floating around. Had to get a stent placed in the next day and a few days later another stent. The extreme nausea and pain was just awful. It took 30 days of my life in pain and so nauseated unable to eat and had many antibiotics and a nutrient bag intraveniously because of lack of being able to eat. Worst surgery of my life.

He is one of the best in Ocala... Excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner.
