Don’t waste your money, very inconventant. Just want your money

For 47 years I've seen many Ophthalmologists I have severe dry eyes , blurred vision, pain in my eyes, drainage it was terrible. I'm a Real Estate Broker and it was a nightmare everyday I worked. Doctors always said they could't do anymore for me. I finally saw an Ophthalmologist that referred me to Dr. Mack. Finally after all those years I found a Doctor that helped me , no more pain, blurred vision or drainage. It's like a miracle!! I'd recommend Dr. Mack ,his bed side matter is great and he listen to what you have to say. I'm so thankful to him for for helping me.

Dr. Mack has been my opthalmologist for over 20 years. He is meticulous, knowledgeable and patient-friendly. True, sometimes you have to wait more than you would like, but to me that is a testament to his ability and popularity, not a ground to criticize him as a physician.

Prepare for a long wait to see him . Very Poor bedside manner. and very expensive. My vision is worst than when I came in. You will spent at least an hour for your time waiting to see him Never again .

Dr. Mack and his staff have provided me with caring and excellent treatment of my OCP. His diagnosis and treatment has saved my eye sight. Due to the complex cases, such as mine that he handles, occasionally the wait times can be significant. However, I have learned that this can sometime happen due to the time required to try to preserve an individual patient's eye sight. Again, I cannot over emphasize how much I appreciate the care that he has given me

Despite being there for multiple visits he has no idea who you are and stares at you blankly stating "refresh my memory...why are you here?:" The eye exam is minimal the sales pitch for all manner of treatments is extensive. Stop going when my vision ended up worse than when I started.

Get ready to sit and wait. When you finally get to see Dr. Mack he'll spend about 5 minutes with you....if you're lucky! Never Again !!

Dr. Mack is rude, apprupt, arrogant, and pushy. His main concern is how many patients he can see at the same time. He darts in and out of the exam rooms and can't remember what he was treating you for. His staff has to shadow him to bring the Ruby and keep him on task. Also he diagnoses every other patient with sleep apnea . Fortunately for Dr. Mack he knows the perfect ENT you need to visit. The test is roughly $4000.00. I wonder what Dr. Mack's cut is. He needs to retire.

I also had problems with his office being over booked and the just the overall attitude he has w/his patience - billing me for things I have never had before in my life (example - sty in the eye) and every apt had after eye surgery he had diagnosed me with another eye problem that I was getting or had cha ching is right- the wait time there was ridiculous - was in his office for 2 1/2 hrs just for a follow up one time - waiting 1 to 2 hours is normal there

Dr Mack is by far the best ophthmologist in the country. After seeing many other doctors for my eye problems, dr Mack went above and beyond all others to help me. He was kind and through and was able to help me get my vision back to 20/20 with glasses or contacts. All of the other eye doctors I had seen had given up on me getting better and said I would always need to wear some kind of glasses. He addressed other problems that I was experiencing that no other doctor even considered or would address. I highly recommend Dr Mack!
