Dr. Robert Frederick Nunn, MD

When I told him no drops since I had to drive a long distance after the exam he said, "So what, you won't be able to see for a while." Anger had him then do my exam so quickly it required a re-exam. This guy should have retired years ago.

My mother has been using this facility for 7 years or better. She has type 2 DM, so regular vision checks & glaucoma tests are imperative. Long story short when she attempted to make an appt for a regular check up, she was informed that she had a 25$ bill outstanding & they flat out refused her an appointment until she has a zero balance. She had been making payments on a 100$ bill, bc she had been out of work for 4 months while recouping from a knee replacement. No other time in her history as a patient there was her balance not paid immediately. That apparently is "her problem not theirs". So needless to say she paid off her bill and went elsewhere. After all if she ever had a need for their assistance beyond a regular visit we wouldn't want a facility that cares more about money than making sure their loyal patient was treated. Disgusting poor excuse for a physician who pledged to first do no harm.

If you want to be attacked and disrespected, this is the doctor for you. Dr. Nunn was rude and unprofessional as was the staff in the Ocean City office. I suggest you go anywhere but here. Do not waste your time ( I had to wait well over an hour and then get yelled at that he was missing his lunch) or your money. Do not see Dr. Nunn! Worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office.
