Dr. Sylvia Ruth Beck, MD

Saw her at Wills Eye Clinic. Absolutely no compassion, bedside manner or customer service skills. Given a mis diagnosis under her supervision, wasted 5 hrs waiting to finish my appointment without resolution and received a bill after. Would NEVER seek care from her again and encourage others to go to Lankenau for eyecare.

In today's age of medicine it's rare to find a doctor who is patient, caring and sincerely interested in your eye health. Dr. Beck really cares, she won't waste time, however, will chat about your condition and her manner provides one with confidence and feeling good about what she has done. Using Dr. Beck will provide anyone with the confidence and abilities she rightly delivers in her profession.

The staff needs to be more aware of the appointment time, my wait was 1 hr. to see the doctor due to the fact that the staff somehow forgot to deliver my file to the appropriate tech. Dr. Beck is amazing, thorough, explains everything in detail and very much aware of the patient history.
