Dr. Hunter was the perfect doctor for me. Conviva is a mess and now she is no longer there. Sad!

I'm upset with the response I got after her putting the wrong code on my bill. I told her that was the wrong code. she said 'the billers enter the codes. I don't have any idea. She would not change the code even after I challenged the code. She was rude after that. Not surprised she disappeared. Another patient had the wrong code entered too.

My Doctor for 26 years, now gone missing and Conviva won't comment but she's still listed on there website. Don't like that place.

Seems angry. Not collaborative with her patients.

Been trying to get a refill of my meds for over 2 weeks but she still hasn’t released my scripts to pharmacy. I won’t sit in her office with a mask for 2 hours. She said she would refill them but had not done so. I think she could have spent a minute to do so. I’m pretty livid and have been calling office every day. Wth!

I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the office for two weeks about an urgent matter about wrong medication. They take my information and no one calls back.

Not quite sure about her yet, sweet lady but seems forgetful.

Wouldn't want to go to any other doctor.

Dr. Hunter screwed up the coding for my free yearly wellness exam so I was billed for over $1000

Dr. Hunter is a great and caring Dr. Would not go anywhere else! She knows her stuff and doesn't beat around the bush about anything! That is why me and my husband like her so much!!!!
