Dr. Tawakkol is No Doubt "THE BEST" all the way around. I had 2 surgeries back in 1998 and 1999 in Los Angeles. He has since moved to Houston. Recently I required his expertise opinion and confidence. He was more the willing to share both. Thank you for everything! :)

After a tear of being misdiagnosed, non-necessary procedures, being treated like a Hypochondriac and drug addict, I was lucky enough to end up in West Houston Medical Center (the last place I would have gone) and after all that time a profoundly intelligent and talented surgeon walked into the room and in ten minutes I had a diagnosis and a plan to end all of the suffering I had been going through, A true life saver. Dr. Tawakkol made sure that after my hip replacement that I was not suffering in pain while in the hospital and the nurse that did not respond to my pain complaints never ignored it again. His presence commands respect and his leadership is unparalleled.
