Dr. Sarah Hessler, MD

I strongly endorse Dr. Sarah C. Hessler for her exceptional abilities in assisting couples with conception. Her knowledge and direct approach are truly impressive. With just one treatment, she demonstrated her expertise by successfully helping us conceive, which speaks volumes about her capabilities. I have seen numerous physicians in the past, but Dr. Hessler was able to resolve our issue rapidly and effectively. We will be forever grateful for her and her aid in bringing a gorgeous and healthy baby girl into our lives. Her team was also very compassionate and supportive throughout the entire process.

We saw Dr. Hessler after a miscarriage and a chemical pregnancy back to back. She was so wonderful and welcoming from the first appointment through our subsequent pregnancy. She did a great job of balancing the medical needs and testing with the reality of quality of life and busy schedules to help make sure that the whole process was not too overwhelming. She is very down to earth and personable, but was highly competent in the medicine and explaining things in a way that made sense to us. We ended up needing to see a couple specialists for thyroid and blood clotting and she was very helpful in coordinating tests and results. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive fertility experience.

My husband and I seeked out infertility help about a year ago. We discovered what the issue was while under the care of IRMS. We unfortunately had to go through many retrieval’s, and had a couple miscarriages. During every cycle dr hessler made herself available for any questions and was always SO supportive. Her staff is seriously top knotch. Happy to say we are now pregnant with our baby boy. Dr Hessler was always there to stay positive for us, and her staff made our experience so much easier. so we decided to go here , and well im happy we got a second opinion. We got all the testing , and then the bills. They never let us no about billing even though we asked them to . My wife had tests done and with the second opinion shows they didnt even look at xray results or they would of seen that her tubes were blocked.. My results were totally different and tested twice to make sure . Alls they said was that IVF was the only choice and was 30000 dollars. Our second opinion was from a huge hospital an said that they would not even recommend it . And very hard to get responses from. Id do my homework first before you go here .Although thoughtful and compassionate how dont you look at xrays and explain billing

Dr. Hessler is the most kind and caring doctor that I have ever come into contact with. You can tell that she truly cares about each individual patient and their specific needs. She is down to earth and has a great sense of humor which is such a plus. Nurse Coordinator Jen Giordano is also the most amazing caring medial professional who always goes above and beyond for me. They both are extremely prompt in their responses and answer any questions the patient might have. In fact the entire IRMS team Alisha, Maureen, Tracy every single one of them is fantastic. I could not ask for a better team to assist in my fertility journey. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You guys are the best THANK YOU for everything that you do.

I am so glad that I was able to see Dr. Hessler quickly. I wanted a doctor close to my home in Clark and was able to get a really convenient appointment the very next week. I did all of my bw testing at my first appointment and the staff was GREAT even though I am a total needle-phobe. I can tell they will really support me and my husband throughout this process.
