I've been trying to see Dr shivananda for 4 years .I hope she can take my husband n me .and be our primary Dr.marylou and Edward Eilerman. At 443 ) ( 815 ) ( 3318 Thank you

Dr shivananda is a snotty knows nothing doctor. She should not have a license. Even if you are existing patient of long time her bedside manner is uncaring ad unfriendly. I had a simple question I needed to ask this woman and she would not return my call at all even though I had seen her originally. The receptionist said she doesn't call patients back that I would have to make an appointment to see her. That was so ridiculous and very unprofessional for a PCP. If she called me to answer a simple question she doesn't make any money where as if I went in she my insurance would get billed and she does. You can't get in right away for urgent problems. I had to go to the ER and then she complain that I wouldn't just wait to see her. For a heart attack I don't think that works. Misdiagnosis all the time. Told me I had TMJ when it was trigeminal neuralgia. She is a mean person and only hurts people. The office manager is rude and nasty. She doesn't care about your concerns only what she… thinks. She NEVER follows up with patient, it is up to the patient to see her again. My PCP now calls me all the time, even out of the blue just to see how I'm doing. Dr Shivananda SUCKS!!!!

I like this doctor but the Evil woman at the front desk makes me not want to call or schedule appointments. Its like talking to someone who enjoys listening to nails on a chalkboard.

Dr. Shivananda is wonderful. She takes time with me and has an outstanding bedside manner. There is one person in the front office that leaves alot to be desired. They will not put a call through to the doctor.

dr shivananda is a very very great doctor she really takes good care of her patients she is a beautiful women inside and out
