Wonderful, caring physicians like Dr. Hitchcock are very few. I am so thankful to have him as a physician.

I was referred to Dr. Hitchcock by a long time patient who swears he saved his life (can't get a better recommendation than that). Getting the first appointment took a while because he is booked so far in advanced (another good sign) but after that, as long as you schedule your follow up visits before your leave you won't have any issues waiting for another appointment. As far as promptness, that has improved considerably since I have been seeing him. I used to have to wait a long time in the waiting room then in the exam room each appointment. Now, I am called back to the exam room sometimes even before I finish with the front desk at check in:-) Dr. Hitchcock spends a lot of time with you. He really listens to what you have to say, evaluates your symptoms, considers your history/medications (something, I find, many doctors don't really look at), and takes the time to explain his diagnosis until you really understand what is going on. He answers questions thoroughly and… doesn't make you feel rushed. Most importantly, he understands medications and their interactions with each other ( not just those in his field of practice but all across the board). In my opinion, most doctors don't, they leave it up to pharmacists to make sure everything is cohesive. I highly recommend Dr. Hitchcock!

Saw Dr. Hitchcock when I was in the hospital for intractable migraine. He was very caring and calming. I will be seeing him in his office for a follow up appt. Can not rate, yet, on positives or negatives of an in office experience. I do feel that I will have a good experience.

Just a really terrible experience in general. Other specialists refuted all of his findings
