If I could give this company a minus rating I would. My father is an 88 year old man with dementia, diabetes, congestive heart failure and copd and many other ailments. Its been three weeks since I've called to get refills on his diabetic supplies and I still could not get any refills. This has been extremely frustrating. The office staff keeps hanging up and will not assist with the issue. They don't have a policy of how long it takes to respond to patients. This is an extremely unprofessional practice. I'm hoping this rating finds Dr. Sahgal and responds back to me.

I’ve visit Dr Sahgal’s office on Tremont a few times..He is very patient and explains things well. The girls at the front desk are very nice too

he needs to treat his employees better and not accuse them of stealing without having proof. i heard him once, accuse this young lady of stealing and i saw her crying outside an hour afterwards because they had stold her money to and she had no money to get back home.
