Horrible service, disgusting office and very long time to wait if you have an appointment to see the doctor

I love Dr. Mahmood, he has a great bedside manor, is very kind and caring. He takes his time with you, so if you have to wait longer than expected, that's a good thing, because you don't want a Dr who overbooks and rushes the patients. I'm so happy with him.

Pro: An excellent listener. Very patient and kind. Because of that there seem to be a long wait time. Con: I would love it if there was some system set up to remind patients of their appointment.

The wait is long but worth it. I have been seeing him for over 10 years. I moved and tried physicians in my area but none had the bedside manner or knowledge base of Dr. Mahmood. The 2 hour travel and half to full hour wait it worth it to see my doctor.

He's a great Dr. and has a lot of patience. He takes out his time and explain things too you.

Lupus has had a profound impact on my and my family's life. I have been seeing Dr. M for the past 2 years and I have never felt better. He is a kind individual who genuinely cares about his patients. I was never rushed during a visit, he always took the time to answer my questions and helped to tailor a medication regimen that works for me. I owe this man my life! I wish all my other physicians held themselves to his standards. While the wait may be longer than others its worth it because he spends a good deal of time with each patient addressing all their concerns.

As a Dr. he is one of the best.I find him to be very thorough and caring. The wait time in his office is horrible, when you go expect to be there 3hours. In my opinion don't care how good you are that is a long time. The decorum in the office is nondescript for the amount of time you are waiting a better wait area is needed. The restroom is always a mess.. Love u doc, but it is time for me to find another.

I see him in his union office. He has the best beside manner of any physician I have visited. He really cares about the well-being of his patients and takes the time to address all their concerns. His secretary is very friendly and makes me feel like family.
