While I have no complaint about staff and personnel I have one complaint. At the Medina office technicians consistently have to find a tonal pen to measure eye pressure. Certainly withi the number of patients you have an offices you could have a few more of these to be used by the technicians.

I thought he was a very caring, knowledgeable person. I had no reservations about anything he told me and his diagnosis was spot on. Tremendous bedside manner as well.

I felt Dr. Tsai and the whole staff was amazing. They took their time with me and explain things well and we’re very compassionate and patient and dealing with my care.

Dr Tsai was great, he was very thorough when explaining my diagnosis and exactly what needed to be done to treat it. During the injections for my eyes he talked me through everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable. He was very nice!
