Always does a great job for my family

I am new to the area and was told Dr Fullager was the best neurosurgeon to see. I had my doctor to a referral so that I could see him. When I received my intake packet the office had scums with a PA so I called to tell them I only wanted to see Dr Fullager which meant my original appointment was canceled and I waited another 11 days to see the doctor which was ok with me. On my appointment day a PA walked in the room,said she reviewed my records and mri and started giving her opinion. She said I’m not the worse case she’s ever seen which I’m not sure why she said that and being that she works there I’m sure she’s seen worse, it was an unprofessional comment! She asked me about medications and procedures which I filled out a very large packet with all of that information in it so she should have taken the time to review it! She continued with more opinions, I stopped her and asked where the doctor was and she said the PA “runs the clinic”. I said that’s not what I asked and I waited an… extra 11 days to see the doctor. She got upset gathered my records and said the doctor will come in whenever he gets here and she slammed the door when she left. I could hear her outside of the room saying nasty things about me. The doctor arrived 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time and said he’d be with me in a moment which was10 minutes later. He sat across from me and never examined me. I know the PA spoke to him because I could hear everything she said. These people have no regard for their patients wishes or time and are not professional.

WILL NEVER GO TO JC BRAIN AND SPINE AGAIN!

I will never let this surgeon touch me again. First surgery, spinal leak when I got home. Laid there four days before being seen in office to get two stitches in my back. This surgeon never came in to even see me. A PA did the stitches. Second surgery, to repair another spinal leak after being rushed to hospital, Fulagar didn't even believe me that I had pain or a leak until another MRI proved it. Nine days in the hospital. Post op second visit, severe pain in left leg muscles and radiating down the leg to outside left calf. All he said to me is quote, " I have been doing this for 25 years". My husband and I are disappointed and this surgeon is rude and has NO compassion. More pain meds, prednisone med pak, and gabapentin. No returning appt given. I will see another dr. I have all my records and discs. There is still bulging discs and a pocket of spinal fluid sitting on the L5. I recommend no goes to see him. He is a butcher in my opinion. Other patients may have had good… encounters with him, but as for me, I will never let him touch me again. Since May I have seen him twice. Other times it is always a PA.

I have been to the B&S Center three times and saw three different PA's each with a different diagnosis. I am in terrible pain and I don't think they cared. I expected to see Dr Fullagar at least once!! The last PA I saw told me to have acupuncture but there is not one in my town and insurance does not cover it. I was given muscle relaxers and no further appointment was mentioned. So now I ask am I still a patient or just left to hurt. Thanks....

He is a GiGidsend

I had facial spasms for about 5 years and was referred to PA for a MVD. Dr. Fullagar did this procedure for me and I no longer have the twitching in my face with the involuntary eye closure.

Dr. Fullagar was an excellent physician to me. He was very prompt in seeing me & was very professional. His surgical skills were great. Aftercare was also very good. I would definitely refer a friend to him.

You think when you go to see the dr who your pcp refered you to is going to be walking through the exam room door. Instead of me seeing this dr. I seen his P.a! I am not happy at all. I came to get answers not the parrot. I am letting people know if you expect to go see this dr. expect otherwise! Going to get a second opinion.

Extremely disappointed, always too busy to discuss concerns or issues. Do not use this physician.
