Loving my looks with a little help from Dr. Jochen

My experience was pleasant. I did meet Dr. Jochen however I saw another doctor within his office, who referred me to physician in a different area of practice . I would return and should return as I have not done so as of yet. Also, I would recommend him or his office.

The doctors were all very knowledgeable, professional and showed great concern however I was referred to another doctor and I did not follow up. Otherwise a great experience and would return to their office.

Do not like the fact that a consultant looks at my face and recommends what I need. I want Dr. J. to do that! He's fantastic! consultant is not.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jochen's for years and I highly recommend him. He is not only intelligent but also compassionate and caring as a physician. I have gone to other dermatologists in the desert who have terrible bedside manner. Dr. Jochen is like a breath of fresh air compared to these other physicians. Dr. Jochen is not only kind but he is skilled as well. His staff is caring and helpful too.

I had a tiny node removed (took all of 15 seconds, quick clip with a sharp blade),and was told it was covered by Medicare. Then a bill arrived for $100. It had been sent in for acne treatment. I called and said it must be a mistake, as I have never had acne. The billing manager said, "That is the only way we can bill Medicare for this procedure, and they do not pay for acne treatment. You will have to pay the $100." OK, I paid the $100. but will not go back. A shame, because I think Dr. Jochen is very good.

Yes, there was a little wait when I arrived at the office but no more than at any of my other doctor's. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My issues were addressed completely and they got me started on some ne skin care products that have totally improved my skin. Very pleased!

He'a a very nice doctor and always up on the latest procedures. I would highly recommend him. He's a bit fast though when actually performing certain procedures, but will answer any and all questions and will make you feel comfortable. His staff is very helpful as well.

Very personable and compassionate doctor and really knows his stuff. He is fast, but he's good. Make sure you're clear about what you want if you're seeing him for cosmetic reasons. Great staff.
