He is rude, condescending and definitely NOT a good doctor. Go to someone else - anyone else would be better.

The worst experience I ever had in a doctor's office. I'm pretty sure he just made up my son's history before entering the room and then proceeded to argue with me when I corrected him. It was an extremely odd experience and he definitely has some emotional issues. I felt like I needed to defend myself instead of telling him what was wrong with my son. He didn't want to hear one thing I said, he just wanted to do surgery. He also was very aggressive with handling my son yet my son loves to have his ears checked out and he's only 13 months old! Since that appointment I've asked around about him and the OR nurses he works with states he massacres ears, throats, noses.

Wow! After my visit to Dr. Reulbach 2 days ago where I felt dismissed and that he was making fun of me since " he had never heard of my symptom in his 20+ years of practicing medicine", I decided to read other reviews. Oh, how I wish I had read these before my visit. He is arrogant, repeated his questions that I had already answered and barely let me speak. I will NEVER darken his door again. I am not one to leave reviews, but have made an exception in this case. I am only leaving one star because I couldn't submit the review without doing so. He doesn't deserve even one star.

My husband recently had a visit to see Dr. Reulbach for an sinus issue. Instead of actually listening to my husband's symptoms, he proceeded to disagree with anything and everything my husband said. He is extremely arrogant and condescending. He brushed off my husband's symptoms like they were nothing and immediately just prescribed some meds. Do NOT see this Dr. unless you want to be treated like dirt and receive an incorrect diagnosis. What a terrible experience.

Very Brash. Did not listen to me and ignored the symptoms I told him. He disagreed with every thing I told him and kept saying he'd been doing this for 20 something years. Very bizarre visit. Talked down to me the whole time. I'm in shock as to why this guy is allowed to see patients that need care.

I was scheduled in Huntersville. I had trouble finding the office as their street address was not in my GPS. Then I got up to what seems to be the front of the building, only to find the office entrance is in the back of the building. Finally found them on the 2nd floor but was 15” late by that time & he refused to see me. Not a good first impression!! I won’t try again.

Dr. Reulbach is rude, arrogant, and has a know it all attitude. After dismissing my symptoms and years of doing nothing; I got a second opinion. An updated CT of my face was ordered and surgery was performed the following month. Dr. Reulbach wasn’t only wrong, but I unnecessarily suffered an additional 2 years as a result. Awful bedside manner. Once his mind is set, he doesn’t listen to anything that contradicts his beliefs. Seriously, schedule with a provider who has your best interest at heart and listens to your symptoms. You deserve it.

My daughter most recently had Tubes put in along with her Adenoids taken out. From the very beginning we felt very comfortable with Dr. Reulbach and how he intereacted with our baby. During surgery staff made a somewhat nerve racking process very laid back for us. They informed us throughout the surgery of how she was doing and also when the surgery was over. Most surprisingly Dr. Reulbach himself called to check on our little girl the day after, SHOCKED of his extreme kindness. 110% recommend.

Do not go to this man!! He has no compassion, is condescending, looks down on you. He called my husband on the phone to tell him that he has cancer!! Not just the phone, but his cell phone while driving and kept breaking up while telling my husband something that should be said in his office. Please research your doctors to find out their ratings and reviews, but do not go to this man!!!!!!!
