Dr. Raymond Fulp III, DO

I was referred to Dr. Fulp for my neck, well at first it seem everything was going to be great. I explained to him what I was going through and in return he told me what he thought it was and sent me for an MRI which took them over month to schedule. It was indeed what he thought but 3 of them. Now here is where it gets stressful and annoying. I am going on almost 5 months in pain. With nothing more than pain pills. I have been waiting for an appointment for the injection shots and physical therapy for almost month and that's not including the month I went in for a check-up and nothing was done once again. Every time you go it's a two hour or more wait just to go back there for 5 minutes if that. The nurses are not any better and very forgetful. They clearly don't care about their patients. I have never been to such an unorganized doctors office in my life.

I waited 45 years to have a knee replacement and this idiot fixed it where I can barely walk. Why is he still practicing in the state of Texas. He conned me into believing my knee would be okay with more therapy... He's a incompetent Dr. and shouldn't be in practice. I'm lucky I still have a leg, damaged but not missing or dead from infection!

I did not choose Dr. Fulp, McAllen Hospital employed him to do a surgical repair of my wrist. Before the surgery, he apparently failed to communicate with the hospital as to his whereabouts and when the surgery would be performed, keeping me without food or even water for 20 hours. After the surgery, the hospital staff scheduled a post op visit with the doctor's office in McAllen. The doctor's office contacted me before the appointment to reschedule to a time of THEIR choice (10:45 a.m.) and later, confirmed that time again. When I arrived at 10:45, the receptionist told me that no one was there to help me. She suggested that I complete the paperwork and return at 1:30. I called at 1:00 to see if 1:30 was still a good time, and was told to come in at 2:15. At 2:00, when I called in, I was told, "we are ready for you. Come in right now." When I arrived at 2:15, the waiting room was full of people who had been there for several hours. After waiting for about an hour, I… was told by the receptionist that "he" wasn't there. Sometime around 4:00, I was called for my 10:45 appointment. Although there were many people behind me, I was tended to last, apparently because I had the temerity to ask when all of the patients would be treated. This kind of rudeness comes from the top. Dr./ Fulp has office hours posted which apparently mean nothing. In my case, I had to wait over 5 hours for a simple-but-necessary post op visit. The office staff could have asked me to come at a more convenient time, and did so 3 times. To lie and say that they were ready to see me, when they weren't wasted my time and theirs. This lack of consideration for the time and rights of his patients, many of whom have no option but to put up with such treatment is offensive and unprofessional. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because, the care, once it was grudgingly given, so far has been very good.

Dr. Fulp spent a lot of time with me going over my options. He made me feel comfortable and understood. I highly recommend him.

se supone que el pediatra recomendo cita con un especialista al cual cobra como especialista,pero el munca esta n las clinicas, segun los martes pero tampoco estaba, la clinica muy llena sin doctor al cual segun recomendaron , quien atiende solo los asistentes

He operated on my wife and did not fix her knee since he operated she has been in the hospital 6 times in less then a year.it took us 8 months to find a second doc to look at her knee and the screws that pulp put in her knee was done wrong and he left a bunch of I'm finished work in the knee.

Dr Fulp worked on my wife's knee and it is still messed up.We had a new mri done 3 months after he worked on her knee and it still shows a tear. My goal in life is to let everyone know about him and get him out of the doctor field he has a history of not fixing the proplem

Worst customer service!!! Receptionist refused to check insurance on the phone. Refused service even when I had the people from the insurance on the line she still refused to speak to him. Said she was too busy!!!! Will never go their again!!!!!! Both receptionist were the worst.

I would not recommend this Dr to no one. His office does not even call you back, nor when you ask for a manager to complain.
