Overall, a little disappointed. I asked to speak with her well in advance to appointment date. My husband's chart was reviewed that day as he was placed in a room. The PA explained the doctor would probably only do this difficult case as a "favor" and most likely we would be referred out to let residents play for hours taking down tedious adhesions prior to the re-anastamosis. His words not mine. It would have saved everyone a lot of time and energy had the chart simply been reviewed in advance.

Prompt diagnosis of an unusual problem and kept me informed at all stages in a direct manner so that I understood everything.

Be sure the doctor clear in her intentions and associated cost before you let her touch you.
