My appts are always on time so that makes me satisfied. Utmost compassionate and trusting character.

Fast service in the office, excellent service as a Dr. He cares and wants to help his patients.

He made me feel terrible. He stated, there is no reason for you to be coming here and the tests done were not necessary. I was sent to Dr. Ma by my primary care. Dr. Ma was the doctor who order the scans and blood work; which Dr. Banta did not review blood results with me while I was in the exam room. NOT a good experience!!!

I have no issue with the medical treatment he provided my husband who was getting chemo following surgery for pancreatic cancer. But his bedside manner was totally lacking - we both found him to be insensitive and lacking compassion. After over a year of apparent remission, my husband was feeling ill and in pain, and his blood markers were rising. A scan showed small lesions in the liver, but a needle biopsy was inconclusive. Banta refused to sign off on LTD, because 'there was no evidence' of cancer. Two months later, my husband was dead, with multiple large tumors in his liver and elsewhere.

Great Physician, prompt, efficient, effective, and courteous.

Answers all my questions, and returns my phone calls when ever his not in the office. =)

Dr. Banta is an excellent and compassionate physician.
