We did resurch on Dr William Mills after hearing about him from a family member. Her 76 year olds mom had disk replacement and was able too travel from SC to upstate New York 17 hrs with 1 overnight stop 6 weeks after surgery. That is unheard of with anyone else I know with back surgery. My husband had severe stenosis in 3 spot S1L5, L5L4, L4L3. It was so bad he was in constant pain and nothing would help. Falling all the time. After surgery he walked that same day it was like night and day difference no more shuffling feet or Dragon foot now walks more perfect than most people picking feet up and feet straight ahead with no limbs or anything. The only painkillers he needed after surgery was 325 mg Tylenol. Dr Mills and his colleague Shan Fu, PA-C are very passionate concerning doctors which take their time to make sure any and all of your concerns are taken care of they answer any questions you may have and make sure you understand the answers. We could not recommend anybody more… capable of this surgery then Dr Mills anyone looking to have back surgery should definitely see Dr Mills he does not neglect any part of your health if he sees anything else in his search of what needs to be taken care of he will let you know so that you can have those things addressed also we had other health things that Dr Mills pointed out and we took care of because he showed us things that other doctors have never shown us he goes above and beyond his duty and that is what everyone needs in a doctor

Dr. Mills provided excellent care leading up to spinal surgery for disk replacement to eliminate pain resulting from pinched nerve. Surgery successful pain gone. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Mills and his excellent staff.

My mother recently was treated and operated in by Dr Mills, and the surgery was successful. In addition that the surgery, I wanted to share what a great experience it was working with Dr Mills and his staff. Dr Mills is understanding, professional, honest and committed and made us feel very comfortable and confident. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful they went above and beyond to help my mom get scheduled quickly per our request. This included helping get all the preoperational test scheduled and prepared my mom for her surgery. This was extremely helpful since my brother and I both live out of state. I give Dr Mills and Staff 5 Star Rating and would highly recommend him.

I will take this time to thank Dr. Mills for the good care that he did for me. I had two disc replaced through my neck. I was having numbness in my right arm real bad, That has all gone away since surgery. I had very little pain after surgery. I also would like to thank his nurse Angela for being very patient with me in setting up surgery. One last thing thanks goes out to the staff at Conway Hospital great job. I am having another surgery replacing two more disc in lumbar section of back. I am feeling confident in planning this surgery after healing from this one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. MILLS AND HIS STAFF.

Had a titanium spacer put in my spine and spent 3 days recovery in Conway Hospital. No pain, was walking in hallway a couple hours after surgery. Walked up my 19 stairs to my condo on my discharge day. 2 1/2 weeks later walked the whole marsh walk for the first time ever! This man is the bomb.com!!
