Had a HORRIBLE experience both times I called the front office staff. Never had any problems before he moved and became Gwinnett Family Medical Care. But I will NOT be returning to him. They would not book me because they said I was new patient the first time I called just because I had not been to the new office ( they had just moved there a 3 months prior, I had m physical with him a week before they moved and hasn't gotten sick or anything so I hadn't been to the doctor). Then the second time I called I wasn't feeling well, coughing uncontrollably and the lady offered NO compassion, didn't really seem as if she wanted to deal with me and told me I should just go to Urgent Care. They don't EVER have to worry about me stepping foot in their office ever again!

Took 4 weeks to get a routine drug prescription filled. Told me he would verify my insurance covered procedures before recommending them so I wasn't surprised by unexpected bills. Then recommended a CT scan, that I didn't need or request, that cost me $300 out of pocket because my insurance didn't cover it. Pleasant doctor, but disappointed enough to switch to another.

I have been going to Dr.V for about 2years . When we moved here I had hoped to find good doctors what I found was much more! Dr.V and his assistant Norma are a credit to medicine. Not only are they exremely knowledgeable but they are warm and kind. Dr.V always answers all my questions in a manner that makes you have confidence in him and your input is encouraged. Norma is so kind and loving she makes you feel at ease and is alo knowledgeable and able to answer whatever concerns you have. You know that they sincerely care about their patients. The office is comfortable, clean and organized and the office staff is caring and respectful as well. I can't imagine any other primary care office being better than Grayson Primary Care! I thank God for them and fel blessed in their care.

Saw Dr Vladescu at Grayson Primary Care and truly appreciated his kindness during the visit. I felt very comfortable and feel this relationship will be a good one.

My son saw Dr. Vladescu at Grayson Primary Care for a sinus infection. He was able to work him in the same day that I called. The office staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed as soon as we came into the office. I would recommend this office and Dr. Vladescu to anyone that I know!!
