I see I'm not the only one who was unfortunate enough to deal with Mr. Nguyen's rude receptionist. Never met anyone who absolutely lacks any manner. I called on be half of a patient who could not contact the office himself due to being an elderly. And she told me to not call the office again. Okay, I guess he'll keep missing his needed prescription because he can't call himself, because this rude, unreasonable receptionist won't allow me to call for him at HIS request. I guess patient-first care doesn't matter to her. Our patients deserve MUCH better quality of care than this. She is hindering patients from receiving the care and prescriptions they NEED, because she is rude and refuse to work with other caregivers. so unprofessional. The patient have missed their prescription so many time, and it took three months to finally receive it because this rude receptionist refuse to work with other care providers. I will be reporting this incompetent and negligence behavior and service to the… Medical Board, and I encourage other patients to do the same so this office understand that such behavior is unacceptable.

Absolutely unprofessional behavior from both the physician and office staff (including harassing phone call on an entirely irrelevant, non-medical topic).

If you want to see him for solving your health problem,he is the right one,He care and spend time to check your problem. If you come and try to get medicine that you think you need he might not give it to you.He only give you the medicine that he think it help you and when the test show that is the problem.

Dr. Duc Nguyen is caring and spending time with patient.

duc v nguyen has very few patients due to lack of knowledge in medicines. the prescription he writes is not effective and makes your condition worst! he makes money by sending patients back to collect copays. dont let easy scheduling appt times fool you, it only means he has very few patients.
