Dr Logan was professional, spent time with you explaining cataract procedure and lenses. He runs a very good practice and helpful staff. I am extremely satisfied with him and his staff.

The waiting time was about two hours but the visit with doctor was very fast. I had laser surgery and amazingly there was no pain. The Doctor did a great job.

Dr Logan is excellent. He is knowledgeable and he is definitely interested in his patient’s health and well being.

staff nice and professional, but 1.5 hour wait after 2:20p appointment time to see the Doctor was a bit excessive. Also, surgical scheduling staff ignored my urgent needs even when I gave her Preferred IPA contact information to work with for a 48 hour authorization turn around commitment by them. OK, so the wait at Dr. Logan‘s office was a little longer than expected, but he is absolutely the best ophthalmologist in all of Long Beach. He explains things in details. His visuals about your eye are on the screen, and even though you don’t comprehend everything you know that he’s looked at everything in detail . He has the best bedside manners. He’s an excellent teacher, and when I leave his office, I know that I’ve been taken care of very well! I hope he continues his practice forever.!

There was no wait time. You never feel rushed with Dr. Logan. You are always greeted with a smile by the staffs. Everyone is very polite and friendly. Always a pleasure seeing everyone

1 hr 20min wait, but as always friendly, professional, thorough, and did not feel rushed even though way behind in appointment time.

Many people are complaining about Dr Logan’s wait time. He is an amazing and highly skilled doctor. The real issue is that in this area there just aren’t enough physicians that specialize in the many eye conditions he is able to treat. He is a talent in the vision industry, dedicated and hard working.
