Dr. Dwight D Lewis, MD

Havnt been able to see Dr. Lewis last 3 scheduled appointments. They schedule too many patients at exact same time for only 1 doctor. So they leave you to wait shut in a little room till whenever they get to you. Two times the office wasnt even open at my scheduled 9am appointment- no one home! So I left. I guess your expected to wait outside in cold until someone shows up. If Im late or dont show up its a possible 35 dollar fee- but they do it like its ok. The clinic is often dirty and mens bathroom always seems to be out of order. Went without heart medication for a couple WEEKS because the multiple pharmacy requests (according to pharmacy) were ignored. Now Im searching for a new doctor before my medication runs out again. Worst doctors office I have ever encountered.

Patients spend way too much time waiting to be seen, I usually spend more than hour to be seen. I understand he is trying to be more computer literate but the new system and the tablet is not working

Dr. Lewis is great, however there is a long wait time to be seen no matter the time of your appt. It would be great if the office staff were kind, courteous and efficient. The office staff is the first people to greet you and you would think they would be pleasant and present good attitudes for dr. Lewis

He is a very caring and gentle Doctor. His staff can be very unresponsive and and unprofessional. They bring down the quality of his practice as well as losing him money.
