Dr. Earl Kilbride recently repaired my torn hamstring, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. From my initial consultation through my six-week follow-up, Dr. Kilbride was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in my recovery. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided insightful recommendations on exercises and stretches to support my healing process. What stood out the most was his caring demeanor and commitment to patient well-being. It’s clear he has a wealth of experience and training, and it shows in the confidence and quality of care he provides. I was referred to him by other highly regarded orthopedic specialists outside of his practice, which speaks volumes about his reputation in the field. After reading reviews I would never see this Dr. He was referred by a different orthopedic Dr. No thank you!

He was rushed during the consultation. My husband was to be scheduled for surgery, waiting weeks later and still waiting to hear back from his office. I called his office and was told they were waiting on preauthorization. After being in healthcare for over 40 years, I understand how the system works, so I called the insurance company and the only call from their office was for the sling postop, no preauthorization call for surgery. I notified his office that a preauthorization call had not been done and the office only needed to call the insurance case worker, I provided the case workers name/number. I was told that Collen would call me back and I am still waiting for her call. After the lack of care and poor communication my husband has decided to pursue a different surgeon. The staff is poor and with Dr. Kilbride being so rushed during the initial visit, he is not a surgeon I would want to operate on my loved one. He seems like a surgeon that is more concerned with how many… surgeries he does and not the patient. With the limited interaction with him and his office, I would not recommend Dr. Kilbride or his office.

Dr. Kilbride and his staff we’re no less than stellar and professional with our services. I felt well taken care of special am I rehab and recovery was much better than I expected. The constant phone calls and attention to my case truly so they care for my well-being. I will happily refer Dr. Kilbride in the future.

When I shattered my shoulder in a cycling accident and lay in the hospital in excruciating pain, Dr. Kilbride showed up on short notice on a Sunday morning and put me back together. He is a gifted surgeon and a fine physician, and I will always be grateful to him.
