I regretted working with her. She is ways disorganized than I have expected. I thought I would have helped but it turned out that it have got more mental disturbing than prior working with her. Her phone rang a couple of times during the sessions, she is usually late for 5-10 mins ish on almost sessions, one of my session was cut short due to a miscommunication between the her and the program providers, she picked up her husband call during the session and her other patients distributed the session, she promised to make over for the time but it didn't happened. She acknowledged when I told her that I'll be taking a break for 4 weeks but we eventually forgot about it and had called me to come in the session. Worst of all, it's the billing - I had informed her that she need to bill my program providers instead of my insurance and needed to drop the billing that were already sent to my insurance. I have notified her billing office as well. She acknowledged it but then I recently received… another bill that went to my insurance. I have no idea what and how to deal with her. It's really mental disturbing for me to have monitoring her schedule and billings. If she can't even manage her our schedule, how can I trust her to help me? I don't feel OK at all.
