They definitely don't know how to treat a patient especially the new ones!

The worst experience I had was with this office! Extremely unprofessional staff, extremely rude, no manners whatsoever and no patient confidentiality! I came with a hope to see a caring and professional doctor, forget it. He checked me without saying anything, literally he didn't say a single word! He did all sorts of procedures without asking, and then tells me that he doesn't accept my insurance! Excuseee me sir, are you in your right mind?! you shouldn't be touching a single inch of my body in that case! Soooo rude, sooo frustrating! It didn't end there. I had to request papers from the office to transfer to my current doctor and stuff was sooo anal about it and soo rude, literary the girl was screaming on the phone saying she doesn't have time to deal with that. I had to put the manager on the phone, because she was hanging up on me all the time, to speak to receptionist and the receptionist tells the manager do not bother taking me as a patient because I apparently have bad lab… results! First of all, who are you to tell this over the phone to a person that you never met! Secondly, who are you to spread the confidential info to a person over the phone! And lastly, who are you to spread false information! Manager tells me what kind of office and people are they?! You better take this case to the court! Seriously, I am sooo disappointed, I should have done so back then! They deserve it 100%! Dr Khoury, I wish you to become a real doctor because you don't deserve that title at all! And that kind of staff can't be working in the office, it's not secure at all!

Dr. Khoury is an amazing doctor! He is so thorough, compassionate and professional. I needed major surgery and was so scared, i had so many questions, and he answered every one of them with so much patience and detail. I didn't know what to expect after surgery, but i felt great and was walking around the very next day!! and most importantly this surgery saved my life,i am so grateful to have been in such skillful hands.

Dr. Khoury is an amazing doctor. He is very knowledgeable, listens to all your complaints and concerns, and provides you with as much time and information as you may need. He is a great surgeon, and his office is equipped with state of the art equipment, and operating and recovery rooms. His staff is very friendly, and tries to assist you with your needs the best they can.

an excellent doctor who is very caring an knowledgeable. his staff is helpful and he has a very nice and clean office. they have everything in the office including immaculate operating and recovery rooms!
