Dr. Eduardo Mauricio Fraifeld, MD

Dr. Moises Fraifeld of Cardiovascular Associates of Lake County, PA has serious anger issues and is lacking in scruples. Dr. Fraifeld pounds on his laptop blurting out comments about what he is or isn’t going to do. Later not believing he said that out loud, i.e. “He’s writing inflammatory notes in my records and he’s not giving me necessary medications or tests.” He has no problem colluding with other doctors such as Dr. Caballero to be deceptive, harmful, and uncaring. Admitted to not giving his best care while I was in the hospital. He delays timely proper care while in the hospital causing the heart condition to worsen before addressing it. Nurses at the hospital said “we have to do something right now.” He gave harmful medication (that medicine was withdrawn after serious side affects) and insists on procedures that use radiation, which I protested because I have bad outcomes in the past. Dr. Fraifeld knew that the CT with contrast would affect my endocrine levels. Not… correcting this situation would affect my heart adversely. This was his objective. He refused to change the dosage of my thyroid medicine. I had one doctor after having submitted 48 pages of records and ECGs stating the same serious problems. After discussing my case with Fraifeld, he said his ECG showed everything is normal. His technician rearranged the leads four times before supposedly finding nothing. Later I obtained a copy, which, stated the ECG was abnormal. Dr. Fraifeld minimizes results (the size of the coronary blockage) or even lies about the health status of the patient (denying that I have ever had a heart problem other than A Fib). He openly admits writing inflammatory notes in my medical records to preclude obtaining care from any other doctor. He instructs what other doctors should test and not test for and the negative answers they should give for previous findings. Everything is completely normal. Dr. Fraifeld denies all evidence from previous doctors of my medical condition even when they are the results of his own tests. When I asked for the last ECG he performed, there was strong reluctance to giving it to me. He covered up the results before giving it to me. When asking why he covered the results he said it was wrong even though it had the results of other previously completed. Fraifeld was livid when I peeled back the paper he had clipped on to read the results of the ECG. He refuses to test for some conditions saying he will not test the renal arteries even if there is a serious blockage. He gives improper levels of medication causing nurse to question treating conditions with such a low dosage. He even refuses to give treatment for severe problems he has deliberately caused (altering endocrine levels) or knows about allowing for a further downward trend in your health. Instructs others to keep records and information about my health private from me. Even had the hospital notes annotated that the records are not be given to you the patient. He refused to see me in a timely manner after leaving the hospital. My first appointment with Dr. Fraifeld took six weeks. He even released me from the hospital without addressing serious health issues that were on going with my heart up to the day of discharge. Dr. Fraifeld ran partial tests that were harmful then was untruthful about their results. Wouldn’t run any more blood work to see if levels were corrected from being previously off. Had to insist on additional TSH check to show that the CT and contrast had altered it substantially. He refused to change medication to correct levels. No recheck of other levels that were way off at admission to the hospital. He puts himself on a pedestal saying you should trust only him in the face of numerous records to the contrary. Dr. Fraifeld has no conscience when it comes to deceiving, harming and lying to his patients. Works with other physicians to do the same. He even indicated I should get another doctor when asking him to be truthful about my health yet he makes sure that no other doctor will help after reading his notes. Dr. Fraifeld’s notes make sure that any other doctor will only report the same inaccurate outcomes to any tests they perform. Attempting to cancel out any previous honest results. What’s it suppose to prove? I have held off reporting Dr. Fraifeld’s actions thinking if I let him know I could forgive his previous malpractice if he would be truthful and give me appropriate care from this moment on. He has only become more vindictive. He meets the criteria of a terrorist. Harming someone who has done nothing to them to cover for another person’s crimes.

Waited 2.5 hours to see the doctor. Dr. Fraifeld had to not reviewed any of my medical history. He was very pushy about me trying medications that I was not comfortable with especially antidepressants to treat my pain. He did a physical exam that made me feel uncomfortable as a woman. Be sure to have a nurse in the room with you AT ALL TIMES!!!! Since I didn’t agree to the antidepressants, he seemed to get mad and walked out the room. I wasn’t sure if he was finished or if I was to wait. I had to go into the hall to finish the conversation in front of other people. I asked if I could try a cream he had recommended but then he changed his mind saying he wouldn’t give me any medication because of taking blood thinners....which if that was the case I shouldn’t have been given an appointment in the first place since he was suppose to had reviewed my chart. I would never go back to him for any reason and I will tell everyone I know to never ever go to him. Very rude. I would rather be… in pain than ever be his patient!

He really screams at me. Does not pay any attention to my medical chart, does not listen to what I tell him about the medical problen I have, If he does pay attention to me , he does not believe anything anything I say. Always threatening me about any meds I may take from my primary Doctor. Where did this mad man come from. I am a 79 yr. old woman, with severe back pain, both knees are messed up, my hands and feet as well, he tells me to exercise, go swimming. I only went to him because my Primary Doctor told me to. He said for the amount of pain I had, I needed a stronger med to take, he could not perscribe it for me. This Dr. Farifeld id crazy. He even wanted me to take a drug test, pee in a cup. Why????? Is he crazy???????

Other pain docs rate higher put me on too many drugs, This guy got me off them. Really knows his stuff. Hated him at first but he really knows his stuff and straightened me up. After he did, it was amazing to watch all these druggies who would come and expect him to had out pills like other places do. Then they bad mouth him because he would not had out the pills they wanted. He spends more time with a patient than any other doctor I have ever met. I could not believe the other reviews

I have been dealing with Pain for many years...FINALLY, Dr. Fraifield identified fibromyalgia w/ depression and anxiety from the chronic pain. Cymbalta was prescribed and it has definitely been a game changer for me....for the better!!!!! Now, I can do more, move more and pain is not constantly limiting my mind or life!!!!

This guy was THE BEST. For years I was misdiagnosed and made to have al sorts of unnecessary procedures. This guy is a national expert. Found out what was wrong and fixed it
