Always have had a great experience with Dr. Chay. He takes his time to explain to me the exams and the results and answers all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.

Excellent service. Dr Chay kept me informed as to what would be happening during the procedure and in addition his post-surgery explanations were detailed. His staff were very professional in their demeanor.

The staff and Dr. Chay are super nice and knowledgeable. The office was pretty busy. I checked in for my 0900 appointment at 0840. Didn’t get to the back until 0930. I left the office at 1030. I have a follow up next year and I’m hoping the process is a lot quicker.

This review is written following my first appointment with Dr. Chay. I was happy to find an ophthalmologist who gave a detailed summary of his findings, didn't rush off to the next patient and answered my questions. The office is clean and inviting and everyone I encountered was very nice.

Dr. Chay and his team are very approachable and easy to discuss through the medical tests / diagnosis’ process during the visit. Dr. Chay is courteous and very professional with the right attitude. I highly recommend Dr. Chay for those new patients.
