Yes, this doctor is pretty bad. I was desperate to get my son out of there. My son hated him. Cyber is rude and full of himself. I could even hear him complaining about my son down the hall at his desk from our room. Too too much for me to say on here. He has no patience for adolescence especially. Last time my son went there he was legitimately sick on a school day in which cybert even gave him a referral to a specialist. However, that bipolar doctor refused to give him a doctors note for school for the day because he said he was not sick enough to have gone there during school hours that I should of had taken him after school. I had had it and complained to management obout that and other issues We had been having with him. We left. Guess they desperately need him!

Ignores parental comments and concerns or observations. Not an open dialogue, very one sided. Has misdiagnosed our granddaughters conditions several times. Leaving us scratching our heads as her symptoms worsened, and making appointments with on call doctor's. Their treatments were always better, including antibiotics. Very poor bedside manners, belligerent mentality, "his way, no way, or the highway" is his thought process. Our recent appointment was very disturbing and we left extremely disappointed as his latest prognosis of our granddaughter, she had UT infection, instead of starting her on antibiotics he decided to make her wait 48 hrs for a cultured test. When asked why he wasn't immediately putting her on antibiotics, he became upset and ranted about on-line medical advice, something about a car ride having to wait to get there, he's the doctor let him do his job. His conduct is absolutely "Unprofessional and Unacceptable" as we watch our granddaughter suffering, in pain. He… wanted to send her to school with a bathroom and water pass note. She couldn't even get off the tolit and had extreme diarrhea. Anyone with common sense knows "Not to drink water" with diarrhea, as it causes further dehydration. Her week long symptoms included blocked nasal passages, bronchial type cough, on and off fever, headaches, loss of appetite, diarrhea, stomach pain, UT infection, tired/no energy. Didn't even want to attend her favourite dance class. We can go on and on. Our family had a meeting and as primary caretakers we are looking for a new doctor. This doctor needs to have his credentials looked at very closely by a Board Pediatric MDs. I stand by my statements having raised twin boys, whom are now 25 yoa and as retired law enforcement professional. All parents and caretakers of children have every right to question and discuss options of recommended treatments, medications and procedures of all medical professionals at anytime. When the dialogue is no longer open its time to move on.
