evertime I make an appointment they call to remind you and this dr listens to everthing you have to say and sends you to the appropriate dr as needed in a timely fashon I have going to dr etzkorn for more than 25 years and he is always ther to help out no matter how big or how small the problem is he has an excellent bed side manor our entire family goes to this great dr he is special in many ways and never gives up on you and he takes as much time as needed and does not rush you out like most drs and his staff is also very helpful keep up the good work dr etzkorn thanks for all your great years of service

Doctor Etzkorn, MD is most patient and listens well to his patients. He puts the orders in writing and then it takes for ever to get the requested items into place. We are working 4 weeks now, daily on receiving a new oxygen tank for Mary. Due to a very soar nose and an increased problem breathing Mary's PT had suggested an Oxygen tank with a humidifier bottle attached in order to buffer the oxygen supplied. Doctor Ed was very willing to prescribe it but his staff seems incapable of making it happening. I take care of Mary part time and I have put many hours in on the phone trying to make this happen. Her 2 daughters also worked several hours on this project in order to get to the desired results. Just 3 weeks ago we found out that supra care the assigned supplier was not even accepting Mary's insurance and it put as right back to step number one. So here we are, the new company is requesting back up material and proper documentation since 4 days and we are still chasing the right… and willing person to make that happen. One secretary connects the phone call to the next and each and everyone in this office seems incapable to fulfill this simple task. They take notes promise to call back and fax the requested doc's over but nothing seems to happen to get this resolved. What if this was your Mother or daughter or wife, would you perform then????? What if your life was depending on such lousy assistants and you where bleeding and in pain??? We are very frustrated and have called the manager Jennifer Mark today. We left again a 100th message on her phone and can only hope this will be taken care off some times this year. I am shocked how miserable healthcare providers provide and still are in business.

If i could give 10 stars for spending enough time and bedside manner I would. Very compassionate when i struggled with depression after two miscarriages. He let me take all the time I needed to talk and work out my feelings and really put things into perspective when I struggled with the descision to take antidepressants. A wonderful, caring doctor who does not rush his patients and does not make them feel like they are bothering him.
