Dr. Edward Scheckowitz, MD

Hands down the worst office ever! Dr. Scheckowitz, himself, is very nice. But his office staff is the absolute worst! They are unorganized, rude, and just don’t care about patients. From making an appointment for us when they didn’t have our full blood report back, to not calling us to schedule an appointment after getting results for another (very important and sensitive) test. The receptionists, nurses, billing department, etc. are RUDE. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here for proper care. My calls have been ignored, my husband and I have both been hung up on because the staff didn’t want to answer valid questions, we have been told false information when asking about billing questions AND TEST RESULTS! Everything about this office screams patient neglect. I can’t wait to report them to every agency possible. Filling out a report to the Florida Department of Health and the Better Business Bureau next! During our last in office appointment with the doctor, we expressed our concerns to… him about his staff and his response was “You both hire people at your jobs. You know how hard it is to find good staff.” Everyone in this office should be fired. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!

I had a very thorough examination and felt Dr Scheckowitz was caring and was not rushing me out.

Dr. Scheckowitz is a good doctor. He is kind and knows his specialty urology. I have been his patient in excess of 10yrs and I find no problem with him or his staff. Wait time 15 min - 30min
