My mother, 10 days out of neuro shock trauma for a broken back, called the office this morning to request a medication refill. I was on speaker phone with her when Jessie (office manager) answered the phone. It's been a long time, if ever, that I've heard someone that rude. She was very aggressive with her words, continued to interrupt my mother, and said to 'hurry because we're very busy right now'. Well guess what...that means you're not running a very efficient medical practice. If you can't staff the office/phones in a manner to provide quality medical care, then perhaps you should resign and find another job. NOBODY that rude should ever be in the medical care field. Dr. Castandea has always provided excellent care for my parents, so this review is in no way a reflection of his abilities or care. Rather, this review is specifically about Jessie and her lack of manners, compassion, and ability to serve those in need

I WONDER WHY THEY HAVE NO REATING ON GOOGLE. THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE. ITS SAD THIS SMALL TOWN BERLIN DONT HAVE ANY GOOD DOCTORS.

Every time I bring my mother her it’s a minimum of 90 minutes wait. When I question the staff to find out when she can expect to be seen, they give a unapologetic answer of “everyone who comes here knows they have to wait”.

What a horrible unprofessional doctor. She ambushed my mother of 79 years, who has dimensia diagnosed by her, at her last office appointment with another doctor in the area Dr Casteneda. They tore into her handed her copies of her chart and dismissed her from the practice without anyone there to accompany her. My mother was and is completely confused and without comprehension. No one deserves to be treated that way.

NEVER GOT TO SEE THIS DOCTOR. CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND A VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST SAID HE IS NOT TAKING NEW PAITENTS AND HUNG UP ON ME. I WAS SPEECHLESS!
