He was amazing when he was my doctor almost 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. I ended up having her Im Brandon not by choice and they left alot of placenta In me. I rushed to Lakeland hospital after being home a few days. They couldn't find what was wrong. I finally went to heart of Florida and he came up there and found all the placenta and removed it. I just found out I'm pregnant now and I am hoping I can request him for this baby. I fully trust him!!!!

Dr Salamanca usted es un excelentísimo doctor pero q lastima q su equipo de trabajo sea un personal tan grocery la administradora me entregó una carta y me indicó q no sería mas atendida por usted ya q yo estaba alegando 40 dólares q de una cita q nunca fui notificada cuando yo lo vi a usted el 17 de oct 2018 quedamos en q si yo lo necesitaba sacaría una cita .Bueno no conforme con eso no le notifican a usted lo q está pasando y solo sin escuchar ningún argumento me entregan la carta y ya. Por q son racistas . Aquí le dejo mi número 321/948/0133usted me conose nunca e faltado a una cita y soy amable con el personal la misma muchacha con la q hablé me dijo q era injusto lo q ella estaba haciendo conmigo yo espero su llamada doctor Johanna Leon

I seen him with my first pregnancy and he delivered my second child and was amazing even though I was difficult. Great doctor and love heart of florida.

We have to be careful with OBGYN in FL, they just want to rip off the insurance company, with surgeries you don't need. Second, even do they don't take my daughters insurance for menstrual cycles, that I explIned at the time of the appointment, they just take it for pregnant teenagers. They made my daughters appointment, I still asking the reason why, when I gave a referral from my daughter's doctor. The office staff is rude. The first time I showed up for my appointment, the receptionist stated, she can reschedule my appointment or it will take a while to see the doctor, because they had an emergecy at the hospital. That's weird. For my daughter's appointment, they had a midwife (for menstrual cycles ) they planned to see my daughter and charge the insurance as pregnant. I got so upset trying to convince me to see a mid wife, that the manager called me into her area and I said no, I need a doctor because I clearly specified to the appointment scheduler what I need. Thus history ended… calling the 911 and they calked as well. And I gave a treprass (who wants to go to a shady doctor's office. I already placed my complaint through the Department of Health from Florida for me and my daughter's behalf. When God allows that situations happen, is a for a good reason.

Dr. Edwin Salamanca messed me up big time. I am a 35 year old woman whom had a hysterectomy back in January. He used the robot to perform the surgery. Afterwards it was discovered that I had a vaginosis fistula. On top of that I have a golf ball size hole In my bladder. 8 months later and it still cannot be fixed. I have to wear diapers everyday of my life. This man took more away from me than he will ever know. I definitely would not recommend him to my worst enemy. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!

I had a health care crisis and Dr. Salamanca and his office staff were so caring and helpful. My surgery and recovery went great, and this was my first ever surgery. Dr. Salamanca is the first Dr. I have been to in 30 years that really takes the time to know his patients. I will never go to another GYN.

great doctor! definitely recommend him to anyone! i was a first time/ new patient and i only waited about 10 minutes! fast and easy. he's very caring and professional.
