Best neurologist in Florida. Always on time and updated. Compassionate and supportive.

He and his residents failed to properly diagnose my adult son, who sustained further disease progression and brain deterioration as a result. He has great compassion and bedside manner, but lacks the skill to use common diagnostic protocol!

My 11:30 am appointment would not take place until 1 pm. Not worth the wait.

I saw Dr. Salgado about a week ago and he spent an hour going over my records and evaluating me. I found him to be very knowledgeable and kind! A great Combination!!

Worst Dr. EVER!!! Don't listen to the commercials that say " Do you need a second opinion, your health matters!" Not to this Dr. or to the Cleveland Clinic!!! They are NO BETTER than any other South Florida Dr. from my experience. If you enjoy being yelled at and basically belittled, treated like a 5 year old child then by all means, knock yourself out!! You've been warned!!! Respect is earned not given because you have a particular degree. Work on your bedside manner ----!

Dr. Salgado is THE BEST! He takes his time with each and every patient. My first visit, I was upset with the wait time. However, once he arrived in the examination room and spent over 60 minutes with me, I understood why I had to wait 40 minutes. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic. He made sure I understood everything as it related to my diagnosis and my care. He walked me through his care giving process as didn't skip a beat. I had such a wonderful experience. I recommend him to anyone in need of Neurology care. He's simply AMAZING!

I have had such an amazing experience with Dr. Salgado. My only regret is that he can't be my primary care physician. He's not only knowledgeable, but he's thorough, caring and empathetic. I truly cannot say enough about him or sing his praises loud enough. On my initial visit to him, which was intended to be a second opinion of a possible multiple sclerosis diagnosis, he spent over 90 minutes with me, not just for the exam, but explaining the disease, how he arrives at a diagnosis, possible treatment options and more. He never once looked at his watch or made me feel like I was asking too many questions. Dr Salgado is now my treating neurologist and I will recommend him to anyone who is in need of a quality neurological specialist.
