Dr. Eijean Ichen Wu, MD

Dr Wu has no consideration for patients. She stopped accepting my insurance and all I received was a call from her office Friday saying don't come in on Monday she doesn't take your plan anymore. So much for do no harm!

Dr Wu was absolutely awesome! She made me feel very comfortable with the procedure, she was very understanding. At the hospital she came to see me 3 times after my surgery. No dr ever does that! Her staff was another story. Her NP was getting mad at me because I didn't walk the day after my surgery while in the hospital. Really? Um I had a spinal I can't move my legs! She was not nice at all, no bedside manner. I called in a couple days of being home, I had a UTI she wouldn't call in a rx for me...she said it was due to the cath. I had to go to urgent care and get an rx. I then got a yeast infection from the antibiotic and Crystal at the front desk told me I can get something over the counter. Well duh! Im not supposed to insert anything since I just had a vaginal hysto jesus! And to top everything else off, I asked to go back to work early, they were eliminating our department and I wanted to make sure I'd be transferred. I filed for FMLA since I had to go home a few times due to… being sore. Cathy, the person in charge of these forms first said they would approve it, then wouldn't even let me talk she was talking over me. Sooooooo soooooo rude! my employer is super strict on attendance so I'm in danger of losing my job now. Mind you, I was only 6 weeks out from my surgery, the NP told me I'd have fmla that they would approve it. I was livid! So If you need Dr Wu then your in luck, but don't expect any kind of empathy from the staff, they are HORRIBLE!!!!!

Excellent doctor. Very caring and attentive. Excellent surgeon. Had a 12 inch surgical site. Dr. Wu did such a good job you can hardly tell I had surgery.

She is the best!
