Dr. Elba Iris Crespo, PhD

Dr. Crespo is excellent! She is very understanding to your issues and gives positive feedback. She listens intensly and offers ways to help with any issues you need. She also is very helpful in the process of feeling that you are the only one with issues. I definitely recommend her. She also finds resources for her patients such as groups to attend.

Makes appointments and doesn’t show up, actually on 2 occasions office was closed with no warning. Patient left without meds because they decided to go on vacation and obviously patient was not a priority or they would have given meds needed. They don’t check messages and when they call patient the receptionist who didn’t do her job and check her messages still has the Audacity To tell patient “ I’m warning you” but has the courage to have a jar on her desk for tips. What doctors office has a jar for tips. If you see one dr. There they want you to only use there doctors. It’s a shame it seems like a big scam for insurance purposes, bet if I checked with insurance they collected for the 2 days patient was scheduled and the didn’t open

I met with her recently, she’s very professional and polite. I enjoyed my session with her, and hope to see her again.
