Amazing doctor and staff. People who are writing negative reviews have not been around to know how good this practice is. The apps are thorough, fees are consistent with other top doctors, and combination of neurology and lyme is unique. Dr. Frid is unique and offers hope, understanding, compassion, and real solutions. My family is blessed to have finally find someone who is really helping us.

She overcharges. All they care about is money. Poor follow through. I’ve been to many doctor Lyme Disease. She is the worst. I didn’t even get results of all my tests.

Dr Frid's intentions are unclear but it seems to be ALL about the money and little else.

Dr. Frid is excellent. If you have a difficult case of Lyme and the conditions that are related to it, go to her. She is brilliant, easy to talk to, and open minded. Whether I’m on the upswing or not feeling well, sometimes it’s hard for me to understand where I’m at with my progress. No matter how much information I throw at her in one appointment, she listens, looks at my tests and has the ability to summarize everything so I have a clear picture of what is going on, and helps me figure out what the next step is in my treatment. I couldn’t have gotten to where I am today without her. She is sensitive to the needs of different types of patients. Her office staff is always professional and friendly and there is never a long wait to see her. I am so grateful to have her as my doctor!

She's in it for the designer clothing that she buys with the excessive fees.

She is all about money. Deceiving and lies. Do not trust her

I saw Dr. Frid over the summer months and she conducted a thorough battery of tests and a lengthy physical examination. She believes in chronic Lyme Disease, and she is very astute and knowledgeable as to the far-reaching affects of Lyme on the brain and the nervous system. She is only one of a handful of neurologists in the entire country who possesses the depth of knowledge of Lyme Disease and how it relates to the brain and the nervous system. Unfortunately, due to insurance companies giving her a hard time for seeing Lyme patients on a recurring basis, when according to the CDC there is no such thing as chronic Lyme, she had to cease in accepting insurance as a form of payment, and now is forced to see patients on a cash-only basis. This is not an act of greed or selfishness on her part - it was something she was forced to do by the insurance industry and by the CDC/IDSA.

Dr. Elena Frid is compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. She knows a lot and helped me diagnosed my condition which no other could. She is very thorough and spends time with patients to helps in her understand and pin point issues. My appointment was about an hour, which game me plenty time to ask questions and go over my previous doctor results with her. Front desk staff was very helpful as well, Easy to schedule an appointment and they authorized all of my tests (in office and outside) with my insurance, so I knew I was covered prior to doing them. A+ private neurology office.

My first visit to Dr. Elena Frid gave me a wonderful sense of being well- listened to, thoroughly examined, thoughtfully analyzed. She also seemed genuinely warm in a quiet, gentle way. I look forward to future visits.
