Dr. Elena Korniychuk, MD

As a male MS patient she took the time to explain every thing, Gave me choices of therapy.

She took her time and was very througho with my disabled mother. She went above and beyond my expectations.

There is better. Apparently not at Aurora Health care.

Dr Korniychuk is always prompt and explains what is wrong. She asks if I understand the issues I am having. She ask about what I am doing and how my disabilities are affecting me. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. They know their job and explain what they can do and what they can't.

The front staff is nothing but rude, if you call the office they act like your putting them out if you ask the to do their job. They like nothing more then to argue with you its important to them to be right. regardless what the subject is Dr is okay, Staff needs to go back to 8th grade etiquette along with some 101 professionalism

I repeated had to wait from 30 to over 45 minutes per appointment. I've had yearly appointments which always get rescheduled. Her professionalism is gruff and is challenged with explaining conditions. Paperwork for insurance does NOT get completed and submitted. I would NOT recommend.
