Dr. Eleonora V Fedonenko, MD

The secretaries at this office make the experience unbearable. They are rude and unprofessional. Anytime I call, there is no greeting, they interrupt me when I speak, abruptly place me on hold, are unhelpful and hang up on me. This office received my Xray results one month ago and there has been no follow-up, and when I call to get my results, I receive no help or answers. Extremely frustrated and can’t wait to find another doctor’s office. Also, I arrived to my appointment on time and waited an hour to see the doctor. Unacceptable.

We have gone to Doctor Fedonenko for over 15 years and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that we have received.I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at the Doctor's Office From the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor. Each and every one of them is always courteous, professional, and always make my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. It is very heartwarming when a doctor spends proper time to evaluate and diagnose as necessary for the best outcome possible. Dr. Fedonenko could not be more amazing if she tried! She is kind and patient and very thorough. She makes all patients feel at ease and well cared for. I have never gone to a doctor that I like better! However, she really should revamp her office staff. They are short and rude on the phone, and make promises to call you back that they never keep. You can leave dozens of messages via voicemail and no one ever bothers to respond to them. Clearly they are not even checking them. I'm not sure how a doctor's office can run successfully this way. I give the doctor a 5-star rating but her staff a 1-star. I see that a few others have had similar problems with her office staff. I hope this changes and improves soon!

Doctor: This "DR" has a nurse practitioner working as her. FIVE visits (in a year) and they were calling her "Dr" and telling me I was seeing "The Doctor". Last visit I actually met the Doctor (who I assumed was covering for my usual "Doctor" who advised I had only been seeing a nurse!!! They claim "The Doctor" is only there on Thursdays but the REAL Doctor saw me on a Friday!! Front Desk: They do not call you back - ever. I have called FOUR times this week - I need a test done to continue a (non-controlled) medicine - BUT they won't call me back with the info so tomorrow I have no med and no info and no calls back. They're really rude - you can literally stand at the front desk for 20 minutes ( I have timed it) until someone acknowledges you. I'm not sure what is going on here - but it is DEF not a regular doctor's office.

This is a poor choice of doctor hospitality. The employees talk to each other in another language that's not English. The receptionist answers the phone by speaker and the entire waiting room can hear the conversations. Talk about no privacy. They don't inform you that your doctor is not available so they use another doctor with out your acknowledgement. They place you on hold then drop the call.
