Diagnosed with cancer appointment to talk with him 4 weeks out and he does not return phone calls and staff horrible

I have an unusual throat problem which puzzled other doctors who sent me for a sonogram, MRI & c-scan to no avail. Dr. Groppo examined me & sent me for a specialized barium x-ray that showed that my problem originated from my spine to my throat. I am currently conferring with my neurosurgeon.
