Very rude, unwelcoming manager. Completely unnecessary tests performed without explanation, comments and without my consent. Copies of the records (2 pages) released to me with $45 charge. The doctor never returned my telephone call.

Overall this is one of the nicest experiences I have had in a medical office. Staff was efficient and professional . Doctor was kind, explained my condition carefully and performed a seamless cataract surgery. I was a bit scared but his reassurance and 20/20 result speaks for itself.

Calling the office is at least a one hour ordeal. They immediately put you on hold without hearing your voice and then put you on hold for 45 minutes and then will put you on hold again forever.

Thorough exam. Clear diagnosis and explanation. Excellent staff. Nice office. Super cute doctor, too.

Solid doctor. You can rely on him

Both my husband and I cannot praise Dr. Siegel enough, he's an excellent, very careful and very thorough eye doctor. He tracks potential eye problems very carefully, with frequent monitoring, yet he doesn't rush in to do unnecessary treatments. He'll give eye drops and any other eye meds as needed, frequent eye check up, and lasering as needed. He's always very attuned and very careful, and he answers all our questions, plus he's a very nice man, and an excellent doctor. We both think that Dr. Siegel is an excellent eye doctor, we think he's wonderful, and we're lucky to have him as our eye doctor.

I had Jim perform LASIK surgery with first day 20/20 result. He does all his own pre and post which makes me super confident You cannot go wrong using him and he's good looking.
