Dr kopstick is an amazing doctor saved my life 2-3 times always there when I was hospitalized or needed to see him he's a wonderful Dr but the staff I'm done they are obnoxious nasty rude on the phone I have had it his staff needs am overhaul it they need to be taught manners or they need to be replaced every time I call it's an issue specially the one that works there ANNIE rude and obnoxious every time even before this outbreak the DR IS WONDERFUL STAFF NEEDS TO BE CHANGED

I do like Dr. Kopstick. However the amount of time he spends examining me is simply not enough. I feel rushed and I do have some medical issues. I’ve actually asked that he spend more time with me, he agreed yet rushed out. On to his next patient. The 5 minutes he spends with me is simply not enough. I have no choice but to leave his practice. I would recommend him if you don’t have a few medical issues though.

Kopstick doesn't do a thorough exam, nor does he seem to truly care about his patients. I had bloodwork done to rule out a condition. Kopstick had his secretary call me to say all results came back normal. However, when I received the results in the mail, there were multiple flagged items, all related to the suspected condition. I called the office back to ask for clarification on whether or not the condition is present, based on the flagged items. Kopstick told the secretary to tell me his response was "not really." What kind of response is that from a doctor? Does that mean no or does it mean a mild condition? The secretary seemed exasperated that I asked for further clarification and never called back, as she said she would. Kopstick failed to do a thorough analysis and is highly negligent to say results are all normal when they are clearly not.

LOVE LOVE DR KOPSTICK AND HIS STAFF. THEY ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABKE.

1st visit - I don't have your records, come back in 4 weeks. 2nd visit - what are you here for? We state multiple medical issues. Well, come back in 2 months and we'll do blood work. Refilled couple of meds. 4th visit - check for UTI - it's OK bye. 5th visit - for severe leg swelling. Oh, you need a water pill! Here's a Rx, bye . This is an elderly patient with a lot of medical issues. He is pleasant and chatty but doesn't really do anything and can't wait to get you out the door. Oh, his medical assistant imputing vitals was busy chewing gum an BLOWING BUBBLES while chatting with her co-worker who was taking vitals and had the thermometer in patients mouth but was slowing pulling it out because she wasn't paying attention. Those are the facts .......... you come to your own conclusion.

I have been going to Dr. Kopstick for 11 years and he has always been very pleasant. Recently, I was hospitalized for several days and was surprised that he did not once check up on me, especially since he was paged several times. I thought as my doctor he would want to know what was going on, but failed to care. After my surgery, I saw him twice the first visit was decent, the second one terrible! He did not want to do further testing or explain to me what could possibly be going on. I was nervous, that I might be having complications from my surgery, and would have liked some compassion, instead of a insensitive response. I was surprised with his "not so great "bedside manners. I also felt like my visit was a complete waste of time and will be looking for a new doctor who hopefully will care more about the well-being of his/ her patients.
