You do have to wait time to see her but that is because she spends a lot of time with her patients. I have been her patient for 20 years.

I've been going to Crognale for years. I arrive early for my appts, just to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes and then at least another 30 minutes or more in the room if not more. I have heard her in the halls talking about weekend plans while I continue to wait for her. As a matter of fact I'm waiting on her now. It's been an hour and still no Crognale. This is my last appointment with her. I will NEVER schedule another appointment with her EVER AGAIN! Imagine the people behind me. If it were once in awhile, fine, but every single time???

I used her as my primary care doctor for over two years and each time I came in she treated my ailments with not much concern. She always said I was fine. I complained of headaches every time I went and she would never help me with any solutions to ease them. When I called the day after an appointment to hopefully have something called in (because she would never give me a perscription when I was there) I was told I would need to come in and see her for that. After giving her so many chances I have decided to find a more caring doctor.

Called urgently with strep throat and even though no open appointments Dr. Crognale worked me in that day and took time with me. Very caring MD!
